Due to the flooding situation in Thailand and in particular Bangkok, the number of people escaping to Cha-am has increased greatly.

Business has definitely picked up and it comes right when the holiday season starts.  Booking for all rental properties has improved and many people from Bangkok are considering more long term rentals as the fear that the situation in Bangkok will go on longer.
